What a roller coaster ride real estate is! We are seeing some activity on cheap homes around $100,000 and some low priced waterfront homes. I am hoping with school out and warmer weather the buyers will start looking - interest rates are still low and prices still depressed - it is a great time to buy waterfront or other properties but with it being such uncertain times then people are reluctant to make purchases no matter how low the homes or interest rates are. The buyers are still having a hard time getting their loans through even with good credit. The lending institutions are demanding more and more and seem to take their good old time closing.
It is definitely still a buyers market Let me be of help in finding you a great waterfront property.
